It is important to understand what Metabolic Sculpt is not: it is not a fixed combination, and it is not a package everyone receives. Each therapy is considered on its own, after a clinical evaluation. Your provider may decide that one option is appropriate for you — or that neither is.
The available options
Sermorelin. Sermorelin is a prescription peptide therapy. It works by signaling your body to produce and release its own growth hormone, rather than supplying growth hormone directly. Because it is a prescription medication, it is available only when a licensed provider determines it is appropriate for you after reviewing your medical history.
MICC + B12. MICC is a blend of methionine, inositol, and choline, combined here with vitamin B12. It is offered as an individual wellness option within Metabolic Sculpt, assessed by your provider on the same basis as any other therapy in the program.

It is a measured approach: instead of ordering a bundle, you get an individual clinical assessment first, and treatment only follows if a licensed provider judges it suitable.
How it works through Ascendra
Step 1 — Complete your medical intake. You’ll answer questions about your medical history, current medications and supplements, allergies, and health goals. Answer completely and truthfully — your provider can only make a safe decision with accurate information, and your state of residence determines whether we can serve you.
Step 2 — An independent licensed provider evaluates you. Intakes are reviewed by licensed providers in the Beluga Health provider network. The provider assesses each therapy option individually against your clinical profile.
Step 3 — Your prescription, if approved, goes to a licensed pharmacy. If your provider approves a therapy, the prescription is sent to one of our partner pharmacies, The Pharmacy Hub or WES Digital, which dispenses and ships it directly to you. Most orders arrive within a few business days of approval.
Step 4 — Follow-up through your patient portal. Your prescriptions, provider messages, and refill requests live in your patient portal. A provider reviews each refill request, so continued treatment depends on their ongoing assessment rather than renewing automatically.

The price includes your medical consultation, and the full price is shown before you complete your order. You are not charged until a licensed provider has approved treatment; if a provider does not approve treatment, no payment is taken. Our services are self-pay, and we do not bill insurance.

What happens if I’m not approved?
You are not charged. Your provider may ask for more information, recommend a different treatment, refer you for in-person care, or decline.
Which states do you serve?
Every U.S. state except Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed from those states are cancelled and refunded.
