As we age, the systems that support energy, recovery, and healthy aging gradually slow down. Ascendra’s Anti Aging program offers two individual therapy options — NAD+ and glutathione — for adults who want a licensed provider to assess whether either could support their goals around vitality, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
These are offered as separate therapies, not a combination. Your provider reviews your clinical profile and goals and determines which option, if any, is appropriate for you. Both are compounded preparations, and a provider may decide that neither is right for you.
The available options
NAD+. NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of your body, where it plays a central role in cellular energy production. Levels decline with age, which is why NAD+ has become a focus of healthy-aging and recovery programs.
Glutathione. Glutathione is an antioxidant your body produces naturally, involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress and supporting normal detoxification pathways. Like NAD+, its levels can decline with age and lifestyle factors.
Each is prescribed individually. Your provider will consider your medical history, current medications, and goals before deciding whether either therapy makes sense for you.
Who this program is for
The Anti Aging program is for adults interested in supporting healthy aging, energy, and recovery, who want that decision made properly — through a clinical evaluation rather than guesswork. It suits people who are already investing in their long-term wellbeing and want provider oversight: a licensed provider who knows their history decides what is prescribed, sets the plan, and reviews refills.
How it works through Ascendra
Step 1 — Complete your medical intake. You’ll be asked about your medical history, current medications and supplements, allergies, and health goals. Answer completely and truthfully — a provider can only make a safe decision with accurate information, and your state of residence determines whether we can serve you.
Step 2 — An independent licensed provider reviews your case. Intakes are reviewed by licensed providers in the Beluga Health provider network, who assess NAD+ and glutathione separately against your clinical profile.
Step 3 — A licensed pharmacy dispenses and ships your therapy. If a provider approves treatment, your prescription goes to one of our partner pharmacies, The Pharmacy Hub or WES Digital — independent licensed pharmacies that prepare, label, and dispense your therapy and ship it directly to you. Most orders arrive within a few business days of approval.
Step 4 — Ongoing care through your patient portal. Your prescriptions, provider messages, and follow-ups are kept in your patient portal. Refills are arranged through the portal, and a provider reviews each refill request rather than treatment renewing automatically.

Pricing
The price includes your medical consultation, and the full price is shown before you complete your order. You are not charged until a licensed provider has approved treatment; if a provider does not approve treatment, no payment is taken. Our services are self-pay, and we do not bill insurance.
We serve patients in every U.S. state except Alaska and Hawaii.
Frequently asked questions
Will I get both NAD+ and glutathione?
Not automatically. They are separate therapy options, prescribed individually. Your provider determines which, if any, is appropriate for you based on your clinical profile and goals.
Are NAD+ and glutathione FDA-approved in this program?
These are compounded preparations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. They are prepared by licensed pharmacies for individual patients when a licensed provider prescribes them.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every prescription program requires review by a licensed healthcare provider. Depending on the program, this may involve a questionnaire, a message-based review, or a live consultation.
What happens if I’m not approved?
You are not charged. Your provider may ask for more information, recommend a different treatment, refer you for in-person care, or decline.
Which states do you serve?
Every U.S. state except Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed from those states are cancelled and refunded.
Start your intake
If you’re curious whether NAD+ or glutathione fits your healthy-aging goals, the intake is the place to start. A licensed provider will review your information and let you know either way.
Treatment is prescribed only where a licensed provider determines it is appropriate after medical review. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; they are prepared by licensed pharmacies when prescribed by a licensed provider. Ascendra Wellness is a telehealth platform, not a medical practice or pharmacy — medical decisions are made by the independent licensed providers who review your case.
