2. Who we are
VCG Healthcare Inc., doing business as Ascendra Wellness, operates this website. We are a platform and administrative service, not a medical practice, physician or pharmacy.
3. Who may use this website
You must be at least 18 years old. The site is intended for use in the United States, and our services are available only in the states listed in our Terms & Conditions.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
4. Your account
If you create an account, give accurate and current information and keep it up to date. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for what happens through your account.
Do not create an account for someone else without legal authority to do so, impersonate anyone, or share your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

Program descriptions, articles, FAQs, videos, testimonials, advertisements and messages from our non-clinical staff are general information. They are not medical advice and do not create a provider relationship.

Programs shown on this site are subject to availability, to provider approval, and to the laws of your state. Listing a program here is not an offer to sell it to you, and it is not a statement that it is appropriate for you.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any program or price at any time. Where a displayed price turns out to be wrong, we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel.
7. Our patient platform
When you choose a program, you are taken to our patient platform at app.ascendrawellness.com. Your medical intake, your order and your payment are completed there, and it is also where your prescriptions, messages with your provider and refills are managed.
Although that platform carries our name, it is operated for us by Fuse Health, an independent company, under its own terms of service and privacy policy. Those terms govern what happens on the platform, and we encourage you to read them before you use it.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use this website to break the law or deceive anyone; attempt to obtain a prescription through false information; access another person's account; interfere with the site's security; introduce viruses or malicious code; scrape, copy or commercially exploit our content; harass our staff, providers or pharmacy personnel; or use our name, logo or branding without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, unlawful activity or breach of these terms.
9. Our content
The website and its contents — text, graphics, photographs, video, design, software, our name and our logo — are owned by or licensed to VCG Healthcare Inc. and protected by intellectual property law.
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.
10. Anything you send us
If you send us a review, testimonial, photograph, comment or suggestion, you give us permission to use and publish it in connection with our business, and you confirm it is your own and truthful.
We may edit for length or decline to publish. We will not publish your health information without your specific written permission.
11. Availability of the site
We provide this website "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will always be reachable, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, and we may change or withdraw parts of it without notice.
